I eat gluten free and no red meat....and no nightshade veggies yet still maintain a proper balanced diet....while trying to get back into shape.... I have been trying to figure out how in the world I was going to come up with a meal plan based on all that:( I downloaded a whole bunch of apps trying to get info from each one until I opened this one. SERIOUSLY I am truly happy to have this app and deleted the other ones. This app allows you to configure your needs and food preferences and then creates meal plans based on everything you dislike or like or any allergies or dietary preferences..... It includes recipes and calorie info along with a grocery list based on what your meals are.
Theres honestly too much to mention but get this app its definitely worth it. Only thing that needs to be worked on is the caloric info. There are a few recipes are incorrect. It will say 120 calories for a smoothie (example only) but I know the caloric intake is definitely more.
